Film ’11th Hour’ highlights global environmental crisis, solutions

“11th Hour” (USA, 2007, 91 minutes) will screen Tuesday, April 14, as part of the Labor and Community Film Series. The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Rondo Library, corner of Dale and University in St. Paul. Admission is free and open to the public.

The film made its world premiere at the 2007 Cannes Film Festival and has spawned a website pointing the way to action on environmental issues, www.11thhouraction.com.

The Labor and Community Film Series is sponsored by the Labor Education Service at the University of Minnesota. The screening of "11th Hour" is co-sponsored by the Blue Green Alliance.
